1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. 

2. How to Enter: To participate in the giveaway, entrants must:

• Complete and submit the signup form linked in the post or bio.

*Entries must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those not following the steps outlined above will not be considered. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on May 3 2024 @ 12pm EST and ends on May 10 2024 @ 4pm EST. All entries must be received during the period stated to be eligible.

4. Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive:

• A one-night stay at Be Nice Properties’ The Retreat at Douglasville, which includes

• Our signature Black Car door-to-door pickup and drop-off service (Limited to a 25-mile radius of our location)

• Full access to the home (Includes a personal hot tub, private movie room, master suite, complimentary champagne, 

• Dinner prepared by a private chef, and 

• Personal Massage service. 

Total package retail value @ ~$2800. 

No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Be Nice Properties’ discretion. 

The prize is nontransferable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Be Nice Properties. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram, email and text message on Saturday May 11 2024 by 12PM EST. Be Nice Properties shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Rights Granted by Contestants: By entering this contest, you understand that Be Nice Properties, anyone acting on behalf of Be Nice Properties, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms: Be Nice Properties reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Be Nice Properties’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia/USA. By entering the giveaway, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Douglasville, GA for any disputes arising out of the giveaway.
