We started Be Nice Properties because renting somewhere to stay had gotten impersonal. Faceless listings, surprise fees, and a call center instead of a person.
We wanted the opposite: homes we're proud of, prices you can see up front, and a real host you can reach. Whether you're booking a weekend away or renting a room for a season, you're dealing directly with the people who actually run the place.
We're growing from Atlanta across the Southeast United States and to Antigua, one well-run home at a time.

We own or manage every home on this site. When you send a message, it reaches one of us, not a call center.

I handle the systems side: the bookings, the pricing, the software that keeps our homes running. If you message us about a room, there is a good chance I am the one who answers.

I look after the homes themselves and the people in them. Making sure a house is genuinely ready before someone moves in, and that it stays that way while they are here.
